The view over the Las Canteras Beach from the balcony is absolutely superb ! The room was very comfortable. Nice peoaple. Good breakfast and wifi.

Stay here. Could live at beach only a minute away and everything else close by.
Really nice location. Next to the boardwalk, the beach ,many restaurants, and even a grocery store right next door. So clean and a fresh decor. Sea view balcony was excellent. Was able to walk( a slight hike with suitcases but doable) from the square where the free ferry shuttle drops off (from Agaete port). Breakfast was fantastic! Even had scrambled eggs with ham in them. Good quality and choices. Appreciated the really nice glass bottle of water and coffee pods/maker. Perfect size room but didn’t spend much time in it. Cool glass features in bathroom to let in natural light. Good idea room designer!
More about a service offered that didn’t turn out ideal. Hotel itself was perfect. Decided to try the car rental service rather than going to the airport to get a rental. Was told the rental company would just be a quick call so waited til we were ready and at the desk. Then had to wait well over half hour and then time to write contract by hand with impatient and not overly friendly agent. Was originally told by front desk we would be able to park anywhere close to the hotel and bring keys to desk and they would call agent to pick up. In fact had to deliver to a certain parkade(challenge getting to)and up to 7th floor and then walked 600 meters back to hotel. They add 30 euros to contract for fuel. We only used 1/2 tank (oh, and the tank was only 3/4 full. They told us this but never had a rental that wasn’t full to begin with so you can just fill to full at end)Should have tried to fuel up but by time trying to find parkade just didn’t bother. Then paid 40 euros for taxi to airport next morn (no Ubers). Not sure if would’ve been easier to just get to airport (bus) rent car and return with it when flying out.
